What currency are the prces stated in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do you acccept foreign currency?
No. We do not accept foreign currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, bank card debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.

Can I purcahse artwork on a payment plan?
Yes. You can purchase certain artwork through a Tutt Art Galleries interest free payment plan. When you have decided on what artwork you would like to purchase, please contact the Tutt Art Galleries with the following information: artist name, title, inventory number, size, and we will inform you of our payment plan options, at your request.

Can I place artowrk on hold?
Yes. You may take the artwork “On Approval” for a 24 hour period. Service not available Saturdays. A credit card deposit is required. This service is available in the Kelowna area only.

Can I purcahse artwork online?
No. Unfortunately our website does not support online shopping at this time. When you have decided on what artwork you would like to purchase, please contact Tutt Art Galleries with the following information: artists name, title, inventory number, size. After which, we will ask you for your credit card information. Once your transaction has been processed we we will ship your artwork to you.

The price of the artwork has risen. Can I pay the old price?
No. Prices on this website may change without notice. Also, if there is a discrepancy between the website price and the in-gallery price, the in-gallery price will be used.

Do your prices include tax?
No. The prices stated do not include the applicable 12% Sales Tax. Government Sales Tax (GST) is 5%. British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is 7%.

Am I exempt from PST?
It depends. Non-residents who purchase items in British Columbia are allowed an exemption from paying PST (7%), only if we ship the items directly to a location outside of British Columbia.

Am I exempt from GST?
If you are a Canadian resident you must pay GST (5%). If you are a non-resident you are allowed an exemption from paying GST, only if we directly ship the items to a location outside of Canada.
